We will begin with introductions and grounding work, so if you cannot make it right at 5:45 that is okay! We still want you to join. Somatic Breathwork will begin around 6:15 pm.

The session will take place at Ke Kilohana 36th Floor Sky Lanai at 988 Halekauwila Street. Details for parking and entrance will be provided upon event sign-up.

Please bring a yoga mat, light blanket, water and sunglasses. Most importantly, show up for yourself!

We will have light refreshments to share.
