Acupuncture
Acupuncture is part of the ancient practice of Traditional Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine practitioners believe the human body has more than 2,000 acupuncture points connected by pathways or meridians. These pathways create an energy flow (Qi, pronounced "chee") through the body that is responsible for overall health. Disruption of the energy flow can cause disease. By applying acupuncture to certain points, it is thought to improve the flow of Qi, thereby improving health.

Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese healing practice that involves the insertion of thin needles into specific points on the body. This therapeutic technique is based on the belief that energy flows through pathways, or meridians, in the body. When these pathways are blocked or imbalanced, it can result in pain, illness, or other health problems. By stimulating the acupuncture points, balance and proper energy flow can be restored, promoting healing and well-being. Acupuncture has been found to offer various benefits, such as pain relief, stress reduction, improved immune function, and enhanced overall health. It is commonly used to alleviate chronic pain, migraines, digestive issues, and insomnia. Moreover, acupuncture is known to enhance the body's natural healing mechanisms and can be used alongside other treatments to complement and optimize the healing process.
